St. Maarten at Silver Shells Condominium Association is located on one of the beautiful beaches of Destin, Florida.  St. Maarten is one of five associations within the Silver Shells Resort.  The Resort boasts over 600 feet of gulf front beach, beach chairs and umbrellas rentals, access to cardio and fitness facilities, the beach front Sand Bar with drinks and food, a full time, courteous security staff, the 218,000 gallon Lagoon pool, a wade pool for the kids, a hot tub, tennis courts, The Spa at Silver Shells, and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.  

All this and more in a convenient central location to the Destin fishing docks, golf, dining, Big Kahuna water park, The Track family amusement center, and shopping.

This web site is designed for owners and guests of St. Maarten at Silver Shells.  The site includes easy access to the association's condominium documents, rules, and events.  For owners only, a password protected area of this site also provides Board minutes, owner contact information, and announcements.
